Making of lemon Filling

 1.Mix sugar and egg,add in lemon juice,lemon rind and whipping cream then stir well.Strain.Pour the mixture into the baked tart shells.

2.Bake in an oven preheated at 130 for 10 to15 minutes until the lemon filling set.Let cool.

3.Decorate with extra whipped cream and melted dark chocolate.
