After drying, condition non-stick interior by wiping with cooking oil.
-Cooking highly acidic or salty foods may damage the non-stick coating.
-Use only utensils designed for use with non-stick cookware (metal utensils
may scratch surface).
-Do not pour cold water into hot pan
